1. Open the front Doors of cabinet. Pul! out the
LPG Tank Pull-out Tray. Place a 20 !b tank
with foot ring into the hole in the tray. See
Fig.13a. Make sure the tank valve is in the
OFF positon.
2. Align the tank so the Tank Valve faces the
rear right comer of cabinet. Use the
5/16"x89mm Wing Bolt to secure gas tank
from rear of tray.See Fig. 13a.
3. Check the tank valve to ensure it has proper
external mating threads to fit the hose &
regulator assembly provided (Tj^e 1 connec
tion per ANSI Z21.58a-1998). See Fig.lSb
4. Inspect the valve connection port of the regulator
assembly. Look for damage or debris. Remove any
debris. Inspect hose for damage. Never use dam
aged or plugged equipment.
5. Make sure all Burner knobs are in the OFF
position.
6. Connect the hose and regulator assembly to the tank
valve (See Fig 13b) Hand tighten Quick Coupling Nut
clockwise to a full stop. DO NOT use a wrench to
tighten because it could damage the Quick Coupling
Nut and result in a hazardous condition.

7. Open the tank valve fully (counterclockwise). Use a
soapy water solution to check all connections for
leaks before attempting to light yourgrill. See "Check
ing for LP Gas Leaks" on page 20. If a leak is found,
turn the tank valve off and do not use yourgrill until the
leak is repaired.

1. Turn the Burner Knobs and LP gas tank
valve to the full OFF position. (Turn clockwise
to close.)
2. Detach the hose and regulator assembly from
the LP gas tank valve by turning the Quick
Coupling Nut counterclockwise. See Fig.13b
CAUTION; When the appliance is not in use, the
gas must be turned off at the supply tank.
