USING AIR DRY
forijonr Benefit
Using this cycle gives you all the
benefits of hang drying with a shorter
drying time.
Use the AIR DRY Cycle to get up
to 20 minutes of drying time in room
temperature air. Use this setting for
items that will not tolerate heat such as
plastics and foam rubber. Also use for
airing and fluffing items such as pillows.
Refer to the following table for examples
of items that require drying without heat.
Use the AIR DRY Cycle, or place the
items on a line or rack to air dry.
Type of Load

DELICATE FABRICS
Sheer curtains (2 or 3 panels), gauze, lace, etc.

RUBBER, PLASTIC, HEAT-SENSITIVE FABRICS
Foam rubber - Pillows, padded bras, stuffed toys
10 min.
Make sure coverings are securely stitched.
Shake and fluff pillows by hand several limes during the cycle.
Make sure pillows are completely dry. Foam rubber pillows
take a long time to dry.
Plastic - Shower curtains, tablecloths
10 min.
Rubber-backed rugs
20 min.
Olefin, Polypropylene, sheer nylon
10 min.
‘Reset time, as needed, to allow items to dry completely.
