Special Caution for Aluminum Foil and Aluminum Cooking
Utensils
• Aluminum foil: Use of aluminum foil will damage the
cooktop. Do not use under any circumstances.
• Aluminum utensils: Since the melting point of aluminum is
much lower than that of other metals, care must be taken
when aluminum pots or pans are used. Pans that boil dry
may permanently damage cooktop by breaking, fusing to,
or marking it.
General Care & Cleaning
Be sure the range is unplugged and all
a leather-faced glove for protection against possible
broken glass or burns.
Changing the Oven Light
An halogen interior oven light will turn on automatically
when the oven door is opened. The oven light may be
turned on when the door is closed by pushing
or
to select the oven and then pushing located on
the control panel. Your appliance is equipped with two
light located in the upper oven cavity and a rectangular
halogen oven light located in the lower oven cavity.
